Full rent charges should be transferred to ASW account. When the transaction is closed, and the owner confirmed receiving the item back in acceptable condition, ASW will cut a payment to owner for the rental amount minus the services and transaction fee. Owner will receive a direct payment within three days to the account setup in their profile. At the occasion of delay from Owner to release the equipment at agreed date, there should be due penalty to be paid to the Renter (must be deposited amount made by Owner upon confirming the reservation debited to ASW account). For rental extension, Owner may receive an extension request with the renter asking to get the item for additional time, the Owner will again accept or deny the request. If the request got accepted, the same rental and payment process will be applied.

ASW charges a commission from the listed rental price. This is based on the rental price, delivery, fuel, and metered hour charges. If your total rental charge is less than $50.00 the commission retained be ASW is 30%. If your total rental charge is $50.00 or more the commission is 20%
Renter shall pay amounts due, without any offsets, in full at the time of rental, unless ASW approves of another payment arrangement in writing. Renter must notify ASW in writing of any disputed amounts, including credit card charges, within 15 days after the receipt of the invoice/contract or Renter shall be deemed to have irrevocably waived its right to dispute such amounts. Renter shall pay a fee of $ (100) for each check returned for lack of sufficient funds to compensate ASW for its overhead for processing the insufficient payment. Deposits will only be returned after all amounts are paid in full. Renter agrees that if a credit card is presented to pay for charges or to guarantee payment, Renter authorizes ASW to charge the credit card all amounts shown on the services agreement and charges subsequently incurred by Renter, including but not limited to, loss of or damage to the equipment and extension of the Rental Period.
Charging system will be for each quarter tank of fuel used and based on the documented reading for approximate amount of fuel to the quarter tank during the equipment checkout and again when the equipment is returned. The renter will pay the amount set for each quarter of a tank that was used and not replaced
Good rating means properly stored equipment to prevent rust build-up, debris accumulation, and gears getting gunked up. Maintain your equipment clean and 100% ready for reused. Be sure about who is going to use your equipment (what are they using it? Experience history? operator competencies?,
In this case, it is good to highlight the followings at initial stage to avoid liability and be up for professional. - Properly maintain your equipment, including all manufacturer recommended services such as oil changes, bolt tightening, etc. - Do not remove any safety gear such as guards, seat belts, covers, safety switches, etc. - When someone rents your equipment, show them how to properly use the equipment and ask them to show you how to use it. If someone who is renting your equipment seems to be incapable of safely showing you how to use the equipment, consider cancelling the rental.
